The aluminum foil substrate is processed by multiple rolling processes, and the thickness deviation is controlled within ±3μm. The anti-rupture strength during cold forming is ≥12N/15mm. It can adapt to the packaging needs of tablets, capsules and special-shaped preparations with a diameter of 3-20mm. The qualified rate of the sealing integrity test after forming is 100%.​

– Safety and Compliance​

The raw materials are made of pharmaceutical aluminum foil that meets the GB/T 31982-2015 standard, with a heavy metal content of ≤0.001% and a volatile organic compound residue of <5mg/m². The production process adopts a GMP standard clean workshop, and HACCP quality control is implemented throughout the process. The products are sterilized with ethylene oxide, and the sterility test results meet the requirements of YY/T 0681.1.
