The aluminum content of aluminum foil of alloy 1235 is not less than 99.35% aluminum foil. Haomei Aluminum can process 1235 aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.018-0.5mm. This 1235 alloy aluminum foil product is widely used in cables, tape and batterry because of its excellent anti-rust properties, formability, and weldability.
Cable foil utilizes the airtightness and shielding properties of aluminum foil of alloy 1235. After one or both sides are coated with plastic film, the aluminum-plastic composite foil is formed to wrap the cable for shielding and protection. The cable foil is usually made of 1235-O aluminum foil, the aluminum content of which is not less than 99.35%, and the effect is very good when used as a cable foil. The cable foil requires less oil on the surface, no holes, and high mechanical properties, because the surface quality of the aluminum foil is the main factor affecting the peel strength. In terms of length, the length of the cable foil is only allowed to be longer, not short. This requires careful calculations when casting and rolling the billet. The casting and rolling billet should be kept as long as 10 or 12 times the length of the customer’s requirements, plus an additional 3% error.
Aluminum foil tape is the main raw and auxiliary material for refrigerators and freezers production plants, and it is also a necessary raw material for the distribution department of insulation materials. The commonly used material for tape aluminum foil is aluminum foil of alloy 1235. The annealing temperature of 1235 aluminum foil is lower than that of 8011 aluminum foil, but the annealing time is basically the same. The difference between finished aluminum foil tape 1235 aluminum foil and 8011 aluminum foil is that the strength is slightly different. The tensile strength of 8011 aluminum foil is higher than that of 1235 aluminum foil. At the same time, the elongation of 8011 aluminum foil is not much different from that of 1235 aluminum foil, 8011 aluminum foil is slightly higher.
