    Aluminium foil for laminate

    With its unique tactile and reflective qualities, aluminium foil has been at the heart of Haomei’s product range for many years.

    Metallic to touch; in combination with the right base material this product possesses the best dead fold characteristics of all paper and board constructions and is extremely receptive to embossing.

    Coated with our proprietary NC lacquer, aluminium foil laminates are suitable for offset, flexographic, gravure, letterpress or screen printing, and respond extremely well to embossing and foil stamping.

    Notably used for cigarette packaging, foil laminate runs problem-free through modern high speed print machines and packing lines.

    Specifications of aluminum foil for lamination

    • Pure foil thickness 6 – 30 micron
    • Alloy 1235, 8011, 8079, in soft temper
    • Width 300 – 1100 mm
    • Steel/aluminum core, inner diameter 76 or 152mm
