At present, the strength requirements of more than 200MPa are very common, and some users even require strengths of 270MPa or even 300MPa. The strength limit of cold hardening of aluminum foil products has been reached, and its production is extremely difficult. This is also another factors that affect the battery aluminum foil price.
In order to meet the needs of the coating process and the carbon coating process, the battery foil has high requirements on the surface dyne value, but the high surface dyne value control is contradictory to high strength, and the extremely high plate shape requirements and thickness difference are both contradicting with high-strength ultra-thin rolling, that is to say, battery aluminum foil requires the thinnest thickness, highest strength, highest surface dyne value, smallest thickness difference, optimal plate shape, and cleanest surface, to pursue these six extreme values.
