8011 гидрофильная алюминиевая фольга is currently the most widely penetrated fin functional material in the global civilian air conditioning industry. Its core competitiveness lies not in the stacking of single alloy properties or coating technologies, but in the deep two-way synergistic adaptation between the 8011 aluminum-iron-silicon substrate and the hydrophilic coating system. As Haomei Aluminum’s flagship export product, we have developed 8011 aluminum hydrophilic foil that balances heat exchange efficiency, stamping formability, and weather resistance through alloy grain control, passivation process matching, and hydrophilic formula optimization. This product has been exported to over thirty air conditioning manufacturers worldwide and is widely used in residential split air conditioners, small and medium-sized commercial multi-split systems, and portable air conditioners. Annual exports have remained stable at tens of thousands of tons, making it a benchmark fin material for balancing performance and cost.

The refined control of the 8011 alloy’s composition and grain size lays a solid foundation for coating adhesion and structural stability. We strictly control the aluminum content in our 8011 alloy to ≥99.0%, and precisely proportion the total iron and silicon content within the range of 0.5%–0.9%. Through casting and rolling homogenization annealing, we stabilize the matrix grain size at 20μm–30μm, preserving the excellent basic thermal conductivity of aluminum while achieving an optimal balance between rigidity and plasticity through fine-grain strengthening. The finished product in the H22/H24 state exhibits a stable tensile strength of 125MPa–160MPa, thickness tolerance within ±1.5μm, and plate flatness ≤5I. Что еще более важно, the uniform grain distribution significantly improves the surface energy consistency of the substrate, resulting in a passivation film growth uniformity that is more than 20% higher than that of ordinary 8011 substrates. This fundamentally addresses the industry-wide pain point of uneven coating adhesion and localized peeling.
A customized dual-layer hydrophilic coating, tailored to the surface characteristics of 8011 алюминиевая фольга substrate, achieves simultaneous upgrades in both long-lasting hydrophilicity and corrosion resistance. Unlike conventional solutions that directly apply general-purpose hydrophilic coatings, we optimized the composition ratio and reaction parameters of the chromium-free passivation solution based on the iron-silicon phase distribution characteristics of the 8011 alloy surface. This resulted in a uniformly thick titanium-zirconium conversion film on the substrate surface, with a film weight controlled between 0.8 g/m² and 1.2 г/м². This not only constructs a dense first line of defense against corrosion but also provides strong adhesion sites for the surface resin. The surface layer uses a modified acrylic hydrophilic resin, which enhances hydrophilicity by introducing multiple hydroxyl hydrophilic groups. The initial water contact angle of the finished product is ≤10°, and after 500 hours of continuous condensate rinsing aging, the contact angle remains stable within 18°, demonstrating a long-lasting hydrophilicity retention rate that is 15% better than the industry average. The standard product can withstand 480 часов испытаний в нейтральном солевом тумане, while the enhanced corrosion-resistant version can withstand up to 720 часы.
The synergistic tuning of the substrate’s mechanical properties and the coating’s frictional characteristics significantly improves high-speed stamping mass production efficiency. We optimized the matching between the rigid support of the 8011 semi-hardened state and the coating surface friction coefficient (0.15–0.25), enabling the product to stably adapt to high-speed fin production lines with 1200 ударов в минуту. The stamping process features smooth feeding, no sticking or chip accumulation, a fin edge cracking rate ≤0.2%, a coating peeling rate less than 0.1%, and a cut burr height ≤0.01mm. The finished coil uses a 76mm/152mm standard core, with single-roll lengths reaching 8000–10000 meters, effectively reducing customer downtime for roll changes and increasing overall production efficiency by over 10%. Customer mass production forming pass rates remain consistently above 99.6%.
The balanced overall performance and wide adaptability to various operating conditions make 8011 гидрофильная алюминиевая фольга a universal preferred choice in most global air conditioning markets. Compared to 1xxx series pure aluminum hydrophilic aluminum foil, its deformation resistance is improved by over 30%, making the fins less prone to collapsing during long-term operation. Compared to 3xxx series alloy hydrophilic aluminum foil, its thermal conductivity is approximately 15% higher, and raw material costs are reduced by 12%–18%. It performs stably in the humid and hot Southeast Asia, the alternating dry and humid South America, and the temperate climate of Europe. Real-world testing shows it can help improve the overall heat exchange efficiency of air conditioners by 6%–10%, and the normal service life of the fins can reach over 8 лет.
Haomei Aluminum can flexibly adjust the substrate condition, coating thickness, and corrosion resistance level according to the customer’s fin structure design, local climate, and cost requirements, providing customers with precisely tailored 8011 гидрофильная алюминиевая фольга solutions. Its mature and stable mass production process helps global air conditioning manufacturers balance product performance and manufacturing costs.
