– PET/aluminum foil composite film: It improves mechanical strength and is suitable for packaging scenarios that require multiple transportation.

– Puncture strength: It needs to meet the requirements of easy penetration of straws but resistance to external force extrusion. The puncture force of 8011 aluminum foil is usually 2-4N;
– Pressure resistance: It needs to withstand a pressure of ≥50kg/m² without deformation during stacking and transportation.
– Acid and alkali resistance: The pH value of yogurt (4.0-4.6) requires that the surface coating of the aluminum foil is corrosion-resistant and avoids metal ion migration;
– Food safety: It complies with the GB 4806.9-2016 food contact material standard, and the migration of heavy metals is less than 0.01mg/kg.
Testing and quality control
