Stock de aletas de aluminio desnudo para aire acondicionado

junio 23, 2026

Bare aluminum fin stock for air conditioning is a basic heat exchange aluminum material without surface coating. It directly participates in heat exchange with the native aluminum substrate. With inherent high thermal conductivity, ease of forming, and low overall cost, bare aluminium fin stock has become the mainstream choice in dry conditions and cost-sensitive air conditioning markets.

stock de aletas de aluminio desnudo

As a classic mass-produced product line of Haomei Aluminum, bare aluminum fin stock covers two core alloy systems, 1060 y 8011, with a thickness range of 0.08mm–0.20mm. The entire process complies with ASTM B209 and YS/T 95.1 industry standards. Aluminum fin stock boasts high batch stability and strong stamping adaptability, and has long been used in residential window air conditioners, portable air conditioners, industrial internal circulation units, and split air conditioners in dry areas. It is exported to more than 30 countries and regions, and is a core heat exchange substrate for mid-to-low-end and special-condition air conditioners globally.

Uncoated native heat conduction path maximizes intrinsic heat exchange efficiency under dry conditions. Unlike hydrophilic or hydrophobic coated aluminum foils, bare aluminum fin stocks have no organic coating on their surface, allowing heat to be transferred directly through the aluminum substrate, completely eliminating the additional thermal resistance introduced by coatings. 1060 pure aluminum foil, with an aluminum content ≥99.6%, boasts a room temperature thermal conductivity of up to 237 con/(m·K), the highest intrinsic thermal conductivity among all air conditioner fin materials. 8011 lámina de aluminio de aleación, while adding trace amounts of iron and silicon to enhance strength, maintains a stable thermal conductivity above 220 con/(m·K). Actual measurement data shows that under dry cooling conditions with low condensate flow, the heat exchange efficiency of bare aluminum foil of the same thickness is 2%–4% higher than that of ordinary coated papel de aluminio para aire acondicionado, making it particularly suitable for low-humidity operating scenarios such as industrial internal circulation air conditioners and heating air conditioners in dry northern regions.

The mainstream supply conditions for bare aluminum fin stock are H22 and H24 semi-hard states. The tensile strength of the 8011 alloy is controlled at 125–165 MPa, and the elongation is stable at 2%–5%, achieving an optimal balance between rigidity and plasticity. This ensures the structural stiffness of the fins after forming while avoiding cracking and excessive burrs during stamping and flanging. We use a four-roll precision cold rolling mill with an online thickness measurement system, strictly controlling the thickness tolerance within ±1.5μm, and the flatness of the sheet ≤5I. The vacuum suction cup feeding process is free of offset and arching, and it can stably adapt to high-speed fin production lines with 1200 golpes/minuto. The mass production stamping qualification rate reaches over 99.5%, and the fin cut burr height is ≤0.01mm, effectively reducing quality risks in subsequent assembly.

The advantages of uncoated bare aluminum fin stock lie in three main scenarios: dryness, low corrosion, and cost sensitivity.

In regions with consistently low humidity, such as the Middle East and North Africa, condensation is minimal, and the risk of “puente de agua” is extremely low, allowing uncoated aluminum fin stock to fully leverage its high thermal conductivity and low cost.

For clean and dry environments such as industrial internal circulation air conditioners and precision air conditioners in computer rooms, uncoated aluminum fin stock eliminates coating volatilization and powder shedding, preventing pollution of the internal air environment.

For affordable models such as window units and portable air conditioners, uncoated aluminum fin stock can significantly reduce material procurement costs while ensuring heat exchange performance.

Al mismo tiempo, we clearly inform customers of its application limitations: in high humidity and high salt spray environments, its corrosion resistance is weaker than coated aluminum fin stock, and long-term operation is prone to surface oxidation; por lo tanto, selection should be based on actual operating conditions.

Haomei Aluminum has established a closed-loop quality control system from cast-rolled billets to finished coils. Each batch of products comes with a Material Test Record (MTR), allowing traceability of core indicators such as chemical composition, propiedades mecánicas, and dimensional deviations. The roll material uses 76mm and 152mm international standard paper cores, with single roll lengths reaching 8000–10000 meters, significantly reducing customer downtime for roll changes. Packaging employs a moisture-proof, sealed design with reinforced wooden pallets, suitable for ocean shipping and long-term warehousing. With stable quality and a mature delivery system, our bare aluminum fin stock has become a standard material in many overseas air conditioning manufacturers’ productos, possessing strong overall competitiveness in the budget air conditioning market.

En general, stock de aletas de aluminio desnudo is not alow-end substitutefor coated foil, but rather a precise solution for specific operating conditions and market positioning. Haomei Aluminum will continue to optimize alloy ratios and rolling processes to provide highly reliable basic heat exchange materials for global air conditioning manufacturers with more stable quality, more precise specifications, and more advantageous costs, helping customers build product advantages in different market segments.
