As a core technology product of Haomei Aluminum, focusing on pharmaceutical packaging, la 4-6feuille de blister en aluminium de revêtement gsm HSL is specifically designed for the sealed packaging of pharmaceutical preparations such as tablets and capsules, thanks to precise process control and stringent quality standards. It balances barrier protection, heat-sealing compatibility, and compliance, and is a highly adaptable pharmaceutical packaging material that we have independently optimized and upgraded based on years of export experience and the needs of the pharmaceutical industry.

From substrate selection to coating process, we consistently adhere to pharmaceutical-grade standards throughout the entire process. The substrate uses 8011-H18 hard high-purity aluminum foil, with a thickness strictly controlled at 20-30μm. Multiple cold rolling and annealing processes ensure that the aluminum foil surface is free of pinholes and oxide spots, achieving an optimal balance between elongation and stiffness—meeting the push-through requirements of blister packaging for easy access to medication by consumers, while preventing barrier performance degradation due to substrate defects.
The core HSL (heat-sealable coating) is the technological heart of aluminium blister foil product. The coating amount is precisely controlled between 4-6 gsm, with tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.5 gsm. This parameter has been verified through thousands of tests and represents the optimal range balancing heat-seal strength and cost-effectiveness. The coating uses a pharmaceutical-grade vinyl copolymer system, with no solvent residue and no harmful migration, fully complying with European and American pharmacopoeia requirements. It can be directly heat-sealed with PVC, PVDC, and other blister substrates.
In terms of the coating process, we use imported high-precision microgravure coating equipment, coupled with a constant-temperature drying system, to ensure uniform coating coverage of the aluminum foil surface, without sagging or missed areas. The coating exhibits adhesion to the aluminum foil substrate of ≥1.5N/25mm, a heat-sealing temperature range of 170-180℃, a heat-sealing pressure of 2.8-5.6kg/cm², and a heat-sealing time of 0.25-0.5s. It is compatible with high-speed automated packaging production lines in pharmaceutical companies. After heat sealing, the peel strength remains stable above 8N/25mm, achieving true airtight sealing and effectively blocking moisture, oxygène, lumière, and microbial intrusion, thus extending the shelf life of pharmaceutical products.
Compared to conventional HSL coated aluminum foil, our product possesses two unique advantages:
Premier, the coating exhibits excellent low-temperature resistance, maintaining stable heat-sealing and barrier properties in environments ranging from -30℃ to 50℃, adapting to the warehousing and transportation needs of different climate regions worldwide, and is particularly suitable for export to extreme climate regions such as Central Asia and North America.
Seconde, it boasts strong surface compatibility; pharmaceutical-grade printing can be directly applied to the coated surface, with strong adhesion, minimal ink smudging, and clear printing of key information such as drug names, numéros de lots, and expiration dates, without the need for an additional primer.
In terms of quality control, we have established a comprehensive testing system. Chaque lot de feuille de blister en aluminium products undergoes testing using gas chromatography and barrier performance testing equipment. Oxygen permeability and moisture permeability are controlled below 0.01%, with no visible foreign matter and no odor. en outre, products can be customized in width, length, and surface gloss according to customer needs, providing complete material certificates, test reports, and export compliance documents to meet the requirements of pharmaceutical companies in different countries and regions.
As a professional supplier, we deeply understand the importance of compliance and stability of pharmaceutical packaging materials to our customers. Notre 4-6gsm HSL coating une feuille d'aluminium blister has obtained ISO15378 certification and is exported in bulk to multiple regions including South America, Central Asia, and Europe. It is compatible with the automated production lines of various pharmaceutical companies, and its stable quality and high adaptability have earned consistent recognition from global customers. À l'avenir, we will continue to optimize coating formulations and processes to provide the global pharmaceutical industry with safer, more efficient, and more cost-effective pharmaceutical aluminum foil solutions.
